From the beginning, our mission has been to lead the industry in sustainable design and building practices that improve the economic, social, and environmental health of the communities we serve. What we’ve accomplished is reflected in Bazzani’s awards, and our history of firsts:

  • First to complete a LEED-certified project in Grand Rapids
  • First to complete a LEED double-Gold certified project in the world
  • First two urban zero storm water discharge sites in the United States
  • First green roof in West Michigan
  • First green roof for a hospital in Michigan
  • First green restaurant in West Michigan
